We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- In the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us first at support@gaminghaven.shop before sending any items. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items with broken seals or opened packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gaminghaven.shop with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no extra cost once verified.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging. Contact us at support@gaminghaven.shop within the 14-day period. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
